This special series will include three prix fixe lead dinners that will showcase beer pairings with each course. As one of these dinners, Thomas Keller's Columbus Circle restaurant, Per Se, will host their first-ever beer dinner, pairing the menu with exclusive reserve beers from Brooklyn Brewery. NYCBW and Zagat will unveil further details in June.
